클리오 한현옥 대표이사가 5월 27일 서울 한남동 그랜드하얏트호텔에서 한국능률협회(KMA)가 주관한 ‘제52회 한국의 경영자상’ 시상식에서 ‘2022년 한국의 경영자상’을 수상했다.

한현옥 대표이사는 ‘한국의 경영자상’ 역대 수상자 총 143명 중 여섯 번째 여성 리더며, 이번 시상식의 수상자 중 유일한 여성 경영자로 선정돼 의미를 더했다.

한국능률협회(KMA)가 진행하는 ‘한국의 경영자상’은 국내 학계, 산업계, 언론계, 경제단체 등이 참여하는 공정한 심사를 통해 1969년부터 매년 그 해를 대표하는 경영자를 선정해 수여하는 국내 최고의 역사와 전통을 자랑하는 상이다.

한현옥 대표이사는 1993년 국내 최초 색조화장품 전문 기업으로 클리오의 전신 클리오 상사를 설립하고, 한국 색조화장품의 글로벌 시장 경쟁력을 육성하는 선봉장에 선 공로 등을 인정받았다. 또한 세상에 없던 새로운 제품을 만들기 위해 ‘혁신 DNA’를 강조하는 경영 철학을 중심으로, 전 세계 사람들의 파우치에 클리오 제품을 담겠다는 ‘Every Pouch One CLIO’란 경영 비전을 실현하고 있다.
